E-Commerce Site Operations Specialist/Manager (B2B)

Astral Brands is at the forefront of beauty and wellness innovation, serving a diverse range of retail and professional clients. We’re looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist/Manager (B2B) to manage and optimize our B2B platform, driving operational excellence and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management:
- Manage the B2B e-commerce platform’s front-end and back-end, ensuring seamless navigation and functionality for wholesale and professional clients.
- Maintain the product catalog, ensuring accurate and timely updates for pricing, product availability, and promotions.
- Coordinate site refreshes to support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal updates.
- Optimization & Performance:
- Monitor site performance, UX functionality, and mobile responsiveness to improve key metrics like Conversion Rate (CVR) and client retention.
- Research and recommend enhancements to streamline B2B site operations and improve partner satisfaction.
- Conduct regular QA checks to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure the B2B platform aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and minimize disruptions.
- Support the development agency and internal teams with site design, testing, and functionality improvements.
- Content & Merchandising:
- Ensure that the site is merchandised effectively, including product categorization, descriptions, and featured promotions.
- Manage and optimize the onsite search functionality to align with business goals and client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure accurate and impactful content for campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B e-commerce, digital merchandising, or operations.
- Proficiency in Shopify Plus (required).
- Familiarity with B2B workflows, including wholesale operations and professional client management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript (preferred).
- Experience in beauty, CPG, or wellness industries is highly favorable.
